Boreham Wood made three transfer deals
Boreham Wood have made three new signings, including goalkeeper Luca Gunter from Tottenham on loan, defender Oliver Bainbridge from Sunderland and midfielder Tarryn Allarakhia.
Boreham Wood have signed Tottenham goalkeeper Luca Gunter on loan this season, along with defender Oliver Bainbridge from Sunderland on a permanent deal and midfielder Tarryn Allarakhia, whose contract was recently released by Rochdale. Gunter, 21, has National League experience, having played 14 games for Wealdstone in the second half of the 2024-25 season. He won the Premier League U17 and U18 cup double with Tottenham in the 2022-23 season, and won Premier League 2 with the club's U21 team the following season. Bainbridge is a 21-year-old left-back who made no appearances for Sunderland but helped South Shields reach the National North playoff final during his loan spell last season. He also has experience of playing at Kilmarnock, where he spent half of the 2024/25 season on loan and made his debut against Celtic. Allarakhia, 28, is a Tanzania international who made 72 league appearances during his two years at Rochdale.
