Maxim Petrov, midfielder of Baltika, shared about Lokomotiv Moscow's interest in him. According to media information, this team had intended to sign a contract with a player during the last winter transfer period.

In an interview, Petrov said: "In the winter I extended my contract with Baltika. Did Lokomotiv make an offer before?

• Yes, Lokomotiv has shown interest. But everything just stops at the discussion stage. They don't have strong specifics. I heard that they talked to my agent and had a meeting. But I wanted to complete a full season in RPL with Baltika, so I decided to stay.

Currently, Lokomotiv's loan contract with Danila Prutsev has ended, and Alexey Batrakov may also leave. They will certainly need to strengthen their midfield. Do you think the club will go back on your offer?
