World Cup 2026: Reece James expected to return for quarter-final match against Norway

England coach Thomas Tuchel has expressed hope that Reece James will return in time to participate in the 2026 World Cup quarter-final against Norway on Saturday. This confrontation is expected to be very tense and have great significance in the England team's journey in this year's tournament.

James, a key player at right-back, has been sidelined in recent matches due to a hamstring injury sustained in the group stage match against Ghana. Previously, he missed matches against Panama, Democratic Republic of Congo and Mexico. However, there are positive signs that the 26-year-old may return to training this week, bringing hope to the England team amid a crisis in the right-back position.
