Unexpected change in England: Nottingham Forest chooses Glasner as new coach
Oliver Glasner becomes the new coach of Nottingham Forest, replacing Vítor Pereira, although Pereira was appointed not long ago. Glasner once had impressive successes at Crystal Palace.

According to information from The Telegraph and Fabrizio Romano, Oliver Glasner will be the new coach of Nottingham Forest. He will replace Vítor Pereira, who was appointed in February. Although Pereira's departure has not been officially announced, the British media confirm that the Portuguese coach will leave the club. Pereira signed a one-and-a-half year contract earlier this year and helped Nottingham Forest stay in the Premier League after Sean Dyche was sacked. However, the specific reason for this change remains unclear. If Glasner does indeed sign, he will be Nottingham Forest's fourth manager since September last year. After Nuno Espírito Santo's departure, the club went through the leadership of Ange Postecoglou and Pereira. Glasner has been without a club since leaving Crystal Palace. He decided not to extend his contract after achieving great success in the club's history by winning the FA Cup, Community Shield and Conference League. His name has also been mentioned in recent months at Manchester United and Chelsea, but both clubs ultimately chose other candidates.
