It's going to be a long weekend of waiting at Castellammare di Stabia. By midnight on June 8, Francesco Agnello, who bought Juve Stabia from Solmate for a symbolic price of one euro, will have to carry out the capital increase of nearly seven million euros (6,901,000 euros) that was decided on June 1 before the administrators Ferrara and Scarpa together with the notary Borrelli. This is an important step, especially in the context of registration for next season's Serie B, because if Agnello's company - Stabia Capital Srl - does not carry out the recapitalization, the Court could make a proposal to one of the two groups interested in buying the club. These two groups are Alfredo Guerri's Domus Srl and Swiss Gulf Holding Srl, with a higher likelihood of belonging to the first group. Whoever is chosen will have to sign off on the capital increase and thus take control of the company. The date was set as June 10, as decided during yesterday's session of the Court of Naples, according to the press release issued after the trial: "During the trial, the administrators, doctor Salvatore Scarpa and doctor Mario Ferrara, reported that on June 1, 2026, before notary Stefano Borrelli, it was decided to increase the company's capital to euros, to ensure compliance with the necessary FIGC criteria for registration in the 2026-2027 Serie B tournament. The request for recapitalization was forwarded to Mr. Francesco Agnello, as he is still the holder of the shares of Stabia Capital S.r.l., with a deadline for completion of 23:59 on Monday, June 8, and then to the two companies that showed interest and were present at the first meeting. The court decided to postpone the hearing until Wednesday, 10 months 6 at 12:30.
