The future of Kevin De Bruyne at Napoli is still unclear. Despite having a one-year contract, the Belgian midfielder has implicitly indicated that in the coming weeks there needs to be a dialogue with the club to clarify plans and prospects.
In an interview in Belgium, the former Manchester City player said the tactical aspect is a very important factor for him. "I think it's important to have a dialogue about gameplay. This year, I've understood that gameplay is very important to me. It also has to be fun, and this year I felt like that was lacking a little bit."
These words confirm the dissatisfaction he had previously expressed about Antonio Conte's football ideas, but at the same time open up questions about the future. De Bruyne does not want to confirm that he will stay with this team: "I have one year left on my contract, but I want to discuss with the club because it depends on the way of playing."
