Context
مارکو باکیچ, midfielder of Persepolis, is having difficulty asserting himself in the club's first team. Fierce competition from rookies like Poya Pourali and Pourya Latifi has made him struggle to find opportunities to play.
Why this is important
The absence of مارکو باکیچ from Persepolis's main squad is causing concern among fans and football experts. With his impressive performance last season, his lack of opportunity to play could affect the development of both the individual and the team this season.
Main point
- Marco Baikic's dream for Persepolis and its great challenge.
- Marco Baikic, midfielder of Persepolis, currently has no place in the first team and is having difficulty asserting himself.
Marco Baikic, the Montenegrin midfielder of Persepolis Club, is facing a challenging season without many opportunities to play in the main team. According to information from many sources, Baikic was one of Persepolis's most important players last season, but this season, he is often absent from coach Mehdi Tartar's squad.
The appearance of two rookies, Poya Pourali and Pourya Latifi, has created a fierce competition for the midfield position, making it difficult for Baikic to find a starting position. Up to now, this player has only had 11 minutes of playing time in the match against Tractor in round 3, a modest number compared to the impressive performance he showed last season.
Baikic had a memorable moment when he made a beautiful free kick against Alireza Beiranvand, helping Persepolis equalize at the last minute in the match against Tractor in the first leg of last season. However, his absence from the first team this season has caused many fans and football experts to question his future at the club.
Coach Mehdi Tartar also expressed his regret at not being able to put all the players on the field, admitting that there are currently many talented players but not everyone has the opportunity to play. Even in the previous match against Naft Abadan, Baikic was not on the playing list. However, this midfielder still actively practices with the team and does not give up hope of finding opportunities to assert himself in the Persepolis shirt.
With the current situation, Baikic needs to make more efforts to score points in the eyes of the coach and regain his position in the main team if he does not want to become a forgotten name in the team.
What happens next
If the situation does not improve, it is possible that مارکو باکیچ will have to look for opportunities at another Iran Pro League club. Coach Mehdi Tartar may have to reconsider tactics and how to use personnel to create opportunities for players like Baikic to shine.
