Hermann Malonga, a product of the Paris Saint-Germain academy, is ready to sign his first professional contract with Manchester City, according to information from Le Parisien. This past summer, Mahamadou Sangaré left PSG to join Manchester City. The central striker has impressed with the youth team, especially in the UEFA Youth League, and will now join the Greater Manchester side alongside another young talent from Paris.

Le Parisien said Malonga, a centre-back, is also set to move to the Premier League club. Like Sangaré, he will transfer for free. PSG wanted to sign Malonga to his first professional contract, but efforts to retain him appear to have failed. Instead, he will join Manchester City.
Malonga will sign a five-year contract with the club, who have been watching him closely, especially in the UEFA Youth League. Le Parisien also said that the possibility of him being loaned out of Etihad is very high.
